## Layout

- `packages/` 858 source files
- `dev/`      406 source files
- `tests/`    28 source files

## Conventions

- Tests live alongside the code they cover, following `dev/react/src/tests/animate-autoplay-false.tsx`.
- CI defines what passing means. See `.github/workflows/claude.yml`, and keep it green.
- TODO: add the two or three conventions a newcomer always gets wrong here.

## Gotchas

- `.yarn/releases/yarn-3.6.4.cjs` is 2179KB. It will not fit comfortably in context, so read it in parts.
