## Layout

- `crazy_functions/` 173 source files
- `request_llms/`    46 source files
- `tests/`           23 source files
- `themes/`          20 source files
- `shared_utils/`    17 source files
- `docs/`            7 source files

## Conventions

- Tests live alongside the code they cover, following `tests/__init__.py`.
- CI defines what passing means. See `.github/workflows/build-with-all-capacity.yml`, and keep it green.
- TODO: add the two or three conventions a newcomer always gets wrong here.

## Gotchas

- `themes/waifu_plugin/live2d.js` is 193KB. It will not fit comfortably in context, so read it in parts.
- No lockfile is committed, so an install here may not match what CI produced.
