## Layout

- `libs/`     2491 source files
- `cookbook/` 2260 source files
- `scripts/`  10 source files

## Conventions

- Tests live alongside the code they cover, following `cookbook/05_agent_os/07_security/test_scopes.py`.
- CI defines what passing means. See `.github/workflows/claude.yml`, and keep it green.
- TODO: add the two or three conventions a newcomer always gets wrong here.

## Gotchas

- `libs/agno/agno/workflow/workflow.py` is 571KB. It will not fit comfortably in context, so read it in parts.
- No lockfile is committed, so an install here may not match what CI produced.
