## Conventions

- Tests live alongside the code they cover, following `advanced_ai_agents/multi_agent_apps/ai_news_and_podcast_agents/beifong/tests/__init__.py`.
- CI defines what passing means. See `.github/workflows/claude.yml`, and keep it green.
- TODO: add the two or three conventions a newcomer always gets wrong here.

## Gotchas

- `advanced_ai_agents/multi_agent_apps/ai_news_and_podcast_agents/web/src/icons/Spoot.js` is 167KB. It will not fit comfortably in context, so read it in parts.
- No lockfile is committed, so an install here may not match what CI produced.
